Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is provided in BOTH a zip file containing the LaTeX Source AND a compiled pdf using the official ATOM template.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The article *must* be written up in LaTeX using the provided template (available here). This is very easily uploadable into Overleaf, and the template itself provides instructions and basic examples of how to use LaTeX. LaTeX is the standard scientific authoring package. If you are more comfortable with Word documents, you may like to use Google Docs with your co-authors to bash out a good draft first before getting somewhat confused with LaTeX.

(A Vimeo tutorial on quickly how to use Overleaf and the template is forthcoming, although the process is exceptionally similar to that used with the RTSRE Conference Proceedings LaTeX template which does have a video tutorial: https://vimeo.com/283237171/7c551f07f6)
